Snail eggs (Caviar): an exquisite delicacy.

Our aim is to develop and export premium Snail caviar, level reached due to the careful elaboration, transformation and commercialization of snail eggs, specifically  Helix aspersa snails.

Our product is a first-class product. The snail eggs are hand selected, retaining only the ones that meet high quality standards. Once they have been classified, they are profusely washed with cold water and later salted with fine-grained salt, which gives them a characteristic golden color. The resulting brine obtained after the salting process is discarded after the salt penetrates the eggs, when the eggs are washed with water again. Finally, the eggs are placed in vacuum-packed glass containers. The caviar goes through a special treatment to preserve it at its best condition for a longer period of time.

Future projections.

Our future projects are focused on:

  1. The elaboration of caviar paté or the use of olive oil to conserve the product.
  2. The collaboration in technologic and scientific research projects in order to conduct a study case on snails and their possible use as treatment for Osteoporosis.
  3. The development and research of new uses and applications for snails and snail-based products, such as the case of lyophilized products. The process of Lyophilization is done in vacuum chambers after the products are gathered, classified, treated and immediately frozen.
Gourmet.

Everyone can indulge themselves, celebrate an anniversary with their other half and choose white caviar as the perfect present.

In terms of flavor, in opposition to the black caviar which reminds us of the sea, the white caviar reminds us of the Chilean countryside.

The lyophilization process helps remaining the vitamins, minerals, flavor and smell unchanged; this process results in a completely natural product, free from additives and preservatives.
